They are handmade from Oak Veneer and are designed, cut and laser engraved in my studio.

Wood is a natural product and each piece is different. There may be marks and knots that occur naturally - these are not defects. Not recommended for outdoors.

I send all parcels by Royal Mail 1st Class. Delivery times vary – especially during strikes or at seasonal peaks.

If you use the postage upgrade option, these orders will be prioritised by me and posted Royal Mail TRACKED 24/48 (Options are available when you checkout). This will provide you with tracking for your item but it will not require a signature. I will use the email address that you provide with your order.

Please check your spelling as personalised items are not eligible for exchange or return. The more words that are requested, the smaller the writing will be. Fonts and layout will be as the photo in the listings.
