Refund policy
If there is a problem with your order please contact us either by using the contact page on the website or by email (info@butterflycraftsshop.uk) and we will resolve as soon as we can. Our listings are very informative with lots of photos, if you need any further information before you purchase, please let me know.
If you would like to return or exchange a non-personalised item you have received, please notify me within 14 days of delivery and post back within 28 days of delivery. Do not return any items before you have contacted me - I can not be responsible for safe delivery of items to me and if they are lost or damaged, and you will be responsible for claiming from the relevant delivery company if they do not arrive with me.
If you have bought an item that is personalised or custom or bought an item on sale this item can not be refunded or exchanged.
If a return is agreed after discussing with Butterfly Crafts, the customer is responsible for the return cost of an item. If the item is not returned in its original condition the customer will be responsible for any loss in value. Please ensure that the returned items are insured for the full amount as if the item does not arrive back to Butterfly Crafts in perfect condition, you will be responsible for claiming from the delivery company.
Orders can not be cancelled once the item has been despatched. Items will need to be returned in perfect condition and the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs (not personalised items). Refunds will be applied once items have been returned (less any original postage costs).
