I've tried to answer as many frequently asked questions as I can here - but if you can not find your answer here, please do not hesitate to message me and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
Which Courier do you use?
I always use either Royal Mail or Parcelforce. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your parcel is despatched. Please keep an eye on the tracking - if your item is not delivered it may be at your local Royal Mail collection Office for you to arrange re delivery or collection. You will need to pay postage to return items back to you if they are returned back to me due to failure to collect or non delivery due to not fully completing your address details on your order.
If your item is not delivered or is lost, replacement or refund will only be organised once I have received confirmation from the delivery company.
Most items are delivered within 1-2 days, however, this can be longer during busy periods (Christmas). If you have not received your order within 10 working days, please message me and I will look into this for you.
Custom and personalised orders
Personalised items - Please check your spelling and that you have typed the correct name and other details required in the personalisation box. I will make the item exactly as you spell it. I can not be held responsible for any mistakes made due to customer error. Please check your order confirmation as it comes through and message me immediately if there is an error. Returns and refunds are not eligible for personalised items. If we have made the mistake when making your item, then, of course, it will be replaced.
I have received the wrong item or my item is damaged
Please message me as soon as possible so that this can be rectified. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM TO ME WITHOUT CONTACTING ME FIRST.
Sizing Details
Please refer to the photos and item description in the listing for sizing options. All sizes are approximate and there may be a couple of mm discrepancy with your item.
If you do not see the size you require, please message me. Custom sizes are welcome.
Can I have my item sooner than the displayed despatch time?
In most cases - yes. In some cases there is a postage upgrade option already available at checkout. Upgraded orders will be prioritised and sent out sooner than the stated times. If this is not available, please message me to arrange before ordering.
Gift Wrapping and Packaging
I try to use as many biodegradable, recycled and sustainable packaging items as I can and where possible I reuse clean packaging.
