Delivery

All items are made to order and will be despatched within 7-10 working days. During seasonal periods (Sep - Dec) and Bank Holidays when we are busier, despatch time can be extended slightly.

You may be able to update your postage at checkout for a faster delivery once your order is made, however, time to make and prepare your order will remain the same unless you contact me to arrange a faster despatch. In some cases this can be organised.

If you require an order by a specific date, or to be sent as a gift, please contact me before you order to ensure that I can despatch in time. Extra cost towards first class postage may be added to the order. 

Parcels are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class (signed for) or Parcelforce 48 service. Tracking details will be included in your despatch email. Pocket Hugs and Hanging Wooden Hearts are sent Royal Mail First Class.
