Shipping policy

 

STANDARD POSTAGE (TRACKED 48) IS FREE ON ALL ITEMS. 

UPGRADED POSTAGE (TRACKED 24) IS EXTRA AND WILL BE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT. PLEASE USE TRACKED 24 OPTION IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEM SOONER AS THESE ORDERS WILL BE PRIORITISED.

Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be made and despatched (sometimes sooner). 

Postage may be upgraded at checkout and production time will be added to this - times will be stated at the time of purchase. If you need your item by a certain date, please message me to make sure I can meet your request. I will always do my best to accommodate last minute orders, but in order to do this, you may need to upgrade your postage

All orders are despatched using Royal Mail.  Most items are posted Tracked 24 or Tracked 48. You will receive a tracking number at the time of despatch.

Please check your order receipt at time of purchasing and contact me if there are any issues with your order: For example:

• Spelling issues on personalised items - I will not refund or remake if you have made mistakes with the personalisation
  
  
• Please ensure that you have completed your full address including house name/number, street name and postcode. I can not be held responsible if your address is incorrect and your order is lost or returned due to incorrect address being entered at time of ordering. 
• I am happy to add delivery instructions to the front of the parcel for you. Please let me know when you order.

Please note that, at busy times, Royal Mail tRACKED 48 can take up to 10 working days to arrive with you. If it has not arrived within this timescale, please message me and I will contact Royal Mail.
