Personalisation:
This will be added to the back of the puzzle piece as the listing photo shows. Please choose the correct option from the drop down menu and add either one or two names to the personalisation box. The longer the names, the smaller the writing will be.

Each piece will arrive in a organza gift bag.

They are handmade from Oak Veneer and are laser engraved in my studio.

Wood is a natural product and each piece is different. There may be marks and knots that occur naturally - these are not defects.

Delivery time will be stated at time of ordering – the time I take to produce the item plus delivery time can vary at different times of the year. I send all parcels by Royal Mail 1st Class. Delivery times vary – especially during strikes or at seasonal peaks.

If you use the postage upgrade option, these orders will be prioritised by me and posted Royal Mail TRACKED 24/48. This will provide you with tracking for your item but it will not require a signature. I will use the email address that you provide with your order.
